Most people who become infected experience mild illness and recover, but it can be more severe for others.

·         Wash your hands frequently

From there, the virus can enter your body and can make you sick. It seems difficult though but if you follow the tips given below, it will help you reduce your chances of reducing the spread.

Practice good respiratory hygiene. This means covering your mouth and nose with your bent elbow or use a tissue when you cough or sneeze, then dispose of the used tissue immediately. If you properly practice good respiratory hygiene you will help protect the people around you from the spread of the virus.

·         If you have fever, cough, and difficulty in breathing, seek medical care early, Stay informed and follow the advice given by your healthcare provider

Seeking medical care early will allow your health care provider to quickly direct you to the right health facility. This will also protect you and help prevent the spread of viruses and other infections.

  5.       Help others: Try to think of whom you might be protecting by not touching your face.
